Clémence Pancracio starts her career as an associate at FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE.
Clémence advises clients in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law, personal data protection and cybercrime.
She assists companies in personal data protection issues and is involved in due diligence, data processing policies, sub-processing agreements, information of data subject, etc.
Clémence also advises clients in the intellectual property sector: identification of intangible assets and the setup of an effective protection of intellectual property rights for the companies (contracts review, trademarks and design filings etc.).
She assists clients in different areas of cybercrime such as online gaming (online gambling, betting and lotteries offers and e-sport compliance with the applicable regulations), online protection of copyright and live entertainment producers’ rights, identity theft and e-reputation.
She obtained a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2016) and a Degree in Business law of the university Paris II Panthéon-Assas focused on corporate tax, commercial law, payment and credit instruments.
Clémence has effectuated two internships in FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE, in 2016 and then in 2018. She also carried out an internship focusing on cybercrime with the French Online Gaming Regulatory Authority.
