Admitted to the Paris Bar, Stéphanie started her career as an associate at FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE.


Stéphanie practices in the area of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Media Law. She is also familiar with European and Competition Law issues.

Stéphanie advises the French and International clients of our law firm in their computer and internet projects: development of e-commerce activities, creation of websites, copyright protection on the internet, data protection, use of open-source software, compliance with GDPR…

She also assists our clients in litigation procedures (contractual responsibility, counterfeiting and unfair competition).


Stéphanie obtained a Master Degree in Digital Creation Law of the Universities Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris XI Sceaux (2009) and a Master Degree in Business European Law of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2008, with top honors).

She also holds a Degree in General Private Law effectuated in exchange at the University of Ottawa Law School, Canada.

During her studies, Stéphanie effectuated several internships abroad (Italy, Canada and Belgium at the European Commission) in the fields of Information Technology and Intellectual Property.
