Bruno Grégoire Sainte Marie, a founding partner of FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE, has more than twenty-five years of experience in the negotiation and litigation of cases and in technology projects. His practice is mainly devoted to the information and communication technologies sectors.
His French and foreign clients are mainly IT service companies, major users of information systems, software publishers, technical publications companies, databases or photography agencies. He is also involved in matters relating to managers’ liability, governance and internal control, particularly in the information systems area.
Bruno Grégoire Sainte Marie is also a specialist in intellectual property and labour law and he is often consulted on new issues related to the digitalization of contents, outsourcing transactions or innovative projects.
In the media industry, Bruno Grégoire Sainte Marie has developed particular expertise representing media professionals, in particular during litigation cases pertaining to copyrights of digital pictures. With regard to e-commerce, he handles contracts in connection with the Internet.
In 1988 with Christiane Féral-Schuhl, he founded the law firm FG Associés, specialized in computer law and new technologies. FG Associés merged with Salans in 1998. He co-headed the Information Technology and Communications practice group with Christiane Féral-Schuhl.
He graduated from the University of Paris V (Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires, 1977) and the University of Paris X (D.E.A. Droit des Affaires, 1980). He was admitted to the Paris bar in 1979.
