Elvina Mathieu is beginning her career as an associate at FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE.
Elvina advises clients in intellectual property, information technologies and press and media law.
She assists the firm’s clients in the implementation of their innovative projects and in the defense and enhancement of their intangible assets. In this respect, she is involved in the negotiation and drafting of contracts in numerous sectors (artistic creation, transfer of intangible assets, IT projects, information society services) and intervenes in litigation proceedings related to these matters (contractual liability, cybercrime, counterfeiting).
She also assists clients in the areas of privacy law, personal data protection and image rights.
Elvina holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Law School, with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Paris-IV Sorbonne University (now the Faculty of Letters of Sorbonne University). She also studied at the National University of Singapore.
As part of her training, Elvina has completed several internships in French and international law firms in the fields of intellectual property, new technologies, e-commerce and press law. She has also worked for major companies in the e-commerce sector.
