FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE has been retained by the SAP French speaking users group (USF) to assist the association’s bureau and to advise USF members in their negotiations with the ERP publisher SAP.

FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE presented on 31 March 2009 a workshop for the AFJE (the French Association of In-house Counsels) about « the role of the Data Protection Correspondent put to the test of the French law“ in collaboration with LEGAL SUITE.

FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE chaired a training session for the « CFSSI – Centre de Formation à la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information, » on April 2, on: « Introduction to the Cyber law : being ahead of technological risks”. ».

On April 2, 2009, FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE gave a lecture on the topic of “Consumer protection in on line banking/insurance”, in the frame of a one day seminar devoted to banking and insurance services on line. This event was hosted by LEXPOSIA and took place at the CNIT in Paris La Défense.

For the third consecutive time (2005, 2007, 2009) our team was distinguished at the award ceremony for the “Trophées du Droit et du Contentieux.” We are proud to inform you that FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE was awarded a Silver Trophy in the “New Technologies” category.
