On December 3, 2009, FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE and LEGAL SUITE have organised a breakfast-seminar at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée on this topic. On this occasion, the firm released a newsletter on IT contracts’ most recent legal developments.

On may 26, 2009, FERAL-SCHUHL/SAINTE-MARIE co-organized with the law firms Arsene Taxand, La Garanderie & Associés et Savin Martinet Associés, a morning session for information and thought about “Sustainable development within the company : a strategy in times of recession”. Mrs Michèle Pappalardo, General Commissioner for Sustainable Development intervened as a guest.
